Once an assessment has been carried out and a clear written pathway has been defined, the next phase of the process is to source, negotiate and coordinate the correct care provision. Tendra works directly with fully qualified and registered providers so that we can ensure the highest levels of quality, compliance and a timely start to the implementing the care package.

As an independent organisation we have the ability and infrastructure to prioritise hospital discharge and urgent community packages where necessary and our success is measured by time-to-start, continuity of care and overall client satisfaction throughout the process.
