Tendra Frequently Asked Questions

Tendra are a care broker rather than an actual agency or company employing care workers. We always act in the best interests of our clients and put their needs first. This is beneficial in so much as we can identify specific needs and implement a clear pathway going forwards, assigning the most appropriate provision of care as necessary. In this respect, Tendra are a fully registered organisation and we follow specific guidelines as governed by the relevant UK care organisations.

Currently, we do not implement a charge for the assessment application itself, however, if you choose to go ahead with a care assessment, the cost is £600 which is payable up-front. This is non-refundable and is offered alongside our full care brokerage and ongoing maintenance packages. Please see our Pricing page for further details.

We are based near Preston in the North West of England, however, as a registered care broker, we deal with a number of independent care workers and agencies so we are able to offer our services on a nationwide basis.
